I have just finished reading 'The Big Buskers Guide to Leadership' and feel ready
to lead my team forward. I love the way in which the book is written in 'ordinary'
language which I can understand. The narrative text makes you feel that you have
the author right next to you telling you 'this is what we are going to do next'. After
following Shelly's advice I no longer clean toilets and have found a confidence in
myself which I was unaware I had. My staff now get leadership and straight
answers and my setting is going from strength to strength. This little book will be
thoroughly read and re-read at stressful times and I know it will deliver a straight
answer. This is one book I won't be giving away!!!
