How to order/terms and conditions

  Orders can only be processed when accompanied by a cheque or purchase order number.

  Sorry, we are unable to accept credit card payments at this time. You may also pay by BACS - details will be sent with your invoice.

  We are unable to offer an approval service for our resources. Once sold, resources remain the property of the purchaser unless they are faulty and that fault was not caused by usage or transit.

  Bulk purchase discount refers to orders of 10 or more copies of any individual publication and not 10 or more different items.

  By ordering from the website or using the 'join us' form you agree to your details being stored on a computer database and that we may use your contact details to send you further information about our training and publications. We do not sell or lend our databases to any other individual or organisation.

  We aim to process all orders within 14 days. If you need your publications sooner than this or for a specific date, please let us know and we will do everything we can to get them to you for when you need them.

  We normally send publications out by 2nd class post. There may be additional or variable charges for other forms of fulfilment and we will contact you before we process your order if this is the case.

  We take every care to package your resources in a way that minimises damage in transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for the condition in which the goods arrive.

  By accepting these terms and conditions you are agreeing to use the resources only within the laws of copyright. If you are intending to use any of our resources for anything other than personal use, you will need a multi-user licence. Contact us for further information if you are not sure.

Multi User Licence

Some people buy our resources for their own use, in which case a single-user licence is all you need. If you need to make copies of any parts of our publications or to use our DVD's for training, consultancy, or other public viewing purposes (for example, for use in group settings or to provide training), you can do this legally by purchasing an annual multi-user licence. Authors in this line of work can never make vast sums of money due to the small volume of sales, so as publishers we take breaches of copyright very seriously, because people who make illegal copies are depriving our authors of their income. Please contact us if you're unsure about which version of any publication you need to buy.
