Continuous Professional Development

Practical and often challenging, these courses keep practitioners up-to-date with the latest good practice and support practice development.

A Positive Approach to Behaviour

This course focuses on the way that adults act and re-act to children when dealing with 'behaviour'. We are proud to say that this course causes more controversy than any other (!) as it challenges adults to see 'behaviour' from a different angle.

Diversity, Values & Attitudes

This one day course encourages participants to move away from the 'festivals and friendship' approach to anti-discriminatory practice and supports instead a move towards a more genuine, person-centred approach to 'diversity'.

Playful Adults, Playful Children

Playful Adults, Playful Children enables adults working with any age children and in any setting to develop their skills and knowledge in the five key areas of play facilitation. This is a two day course with approximately six weeks in between day 1 and day 2, during which the participants will carry out some reflective practice in their settings in the light of the content of the course on day 1.

Play & Risk

Introduction to risk assessment - with a difference! This four hour course supports participants in developing 'play appropriate' risk assessments by assessing play value and risks.

A very good course and would advise any setting to attend.
